RETURN POLICY
IF YOU OPTED IN TO DONATE A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR ORDER AMOUNT TO OUR FRONTLINE FUTURE FUND IN YOUR CART OR PARTICIPATED IN THE MAINLINE FOR THE FRONTLINE SALE, YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. IT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SALE AND NIKE PRODUCTS, WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED FOR A REFUND, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST.

NIKE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT ONLY. FURTHERMORE, WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ONLINE RETURNS AT OUR RETAIL STORE IN LOS ANGELES.
RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR RETURNS PORTAL. AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW.
AT THIS TIME, OUR RETURNS PORTAL ONLY SUPPORTS DOMESTIC RETURNS. IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT@JOHNELLIOTT.CO TO SUBMIT YOUR RETURN REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER #, THE ITEMS YOU’D LIKE TO RETURN, THE RETURN REASON FOR EACH ITEM, AND THE RETURN TYPE (E.G. REFUND, EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT).
PROCESSING
AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, PLEASE ALLOW 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.
REFUNDS
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS RETURNED. IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER OR YOU PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS RETURNED MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING ON YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER. RETURN REQUESTS FOR REFUND WITHIN THE UNITED STATES WILL HAVE A $7.00 RETURN LABEL FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND TOTAL WHEN PROCESSED.
ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 DAYS TO POST THE REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

EXCHANGES ARE SHIPPED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE VIA UPS GROUND SHIPPING. USING OUR RETURNS PORTAL, YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
YOUR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED AND YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM/S WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RETURN BEING DELIVERED.
STORE CREDIT
STORE CREDIT IS ISSUED AS A DIGITAL GIFT CARD. YOU CAN APPLY YOUR GIFT CARD TO ORDERS PLACED ON JOHNELLIOTT.CO UNTIL THE REMAINING BALANCE IS ZERO.
YOUR CREDIT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE ONCE YOUR RETURN IS DELIVERED AND PROCESSED.

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH OUR RETAIL STORES’ STYLIST PROGRAMS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED THROUGH THE STORE OF PURCHASE AND ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THAT STORE AND JOHN ELLIOTT. JOHN ELLIOTT RETAINS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY STYLIST ORDER PLACED THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE OR ANY STORE'S STYLIST PROGRAM.
