John Elliott is a fashion brand located in Los Angeles, California. We design and produce modern and aspirational apparel and accessories for Men and Women. We sell our products both via direct-to-consumer on our website and in our Retail stores in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and at best in class Retail store partners around the world. We show during markets in Milan, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles and we pride ourselves on quality, customer experience, and style.

The Retail Sales Associate will report directly to the Retail Store Manager and is responsible for actively contributing to store sales and growing the John Elliott Retail Store business at their assigned location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Areas of focus:

● Sales Generation - 80%

● Daily Store Operations Tasks - 20%


The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Provide impeccable service to clients and be a true ambassador of the brand

2. Meet or exceed individual goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales

3. Grow and maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book

4. Provide regular client communication with timely follow-up on all client sales or requests in order to build affinity

5. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to directives

6. Ensure store adheres with company policies and procedures


ABOUT YOU

· Minimum of 5+ years experience in Luxury Fashion Retail Sales

· Knowledge of Retail Sales techniques and the local clientele in order to build community

· Stylist relationships a plus

· Excellent attention to details with strong client follow-up, time management, and organization skills

· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

· Collaborative spirit, proactive attitude, results driven, and reliable

· Women’s experience and Miami Design District experience a plus
